🌱 Moments of hope

At Flower Power, planting a garden means more than growing flowers; it means cultivating hope. We provide free landscaping services, healing gardens, and nature-based workshops for people facing cancer, transforming backyards, hospital grounds, and community spaces into places of comfort, connection, and renewal. Through native plants, pollinator habitats, and no-chemical practices, we nurture both people and the planet, helping both to thrive.

"Having cancer, sometimes you feel so alone, but a garden gives hope and excitement to see it bloom."

" I love that I can nurture and watch the growth of my new plants and flowers. As I fight this disease, the garden gives me something positive to focus on, life and living."

"I didn’t tell my kid that I faced cancer until we went to one of the first Flower Power events, what was once a scary topic felt more approachable. It was a hopeful and supportive environment, and he saw that he could help."
